The Entertainers are Delphi’s premier choral group and are under the direction of Mr. Kevin Kayser.

The Delphi Entertainers have made it to state for Solo and Ensemble Contest. They sang “Sing We and Chant It” for their madrigal. The Entertainers first sang at Harrison High School and achieved gold for their song. On Saturday, Feb. 16, they performed at state and received gold there as well.

Individually, senior Kayla Norman earned the right to go to state contest for her solo. She got gold at solo and ensemble contest at Harrison High School and moved forward to state at Perry Meridian High School. She performed Saturday as well and she also was awarded gold for her solo.

The Entertainers continue with their tradition of success, led this year by a strong group of seniors.  Members of this year’s senior class are Daniel Martin, Jordan Carr, Caleb Bowlin, Danielle Kelly, Jessica Flora, Kayla Norman, and Grace Hampton.  The Entertainers are under the direction of Mr. Kevin Kayser.

Grace Hampton, editor

Grace Hampton is a senior editor of the Parnassus staff, of which she has been a part of for four years. She spends most of her leisure time working on her art projects (which are ever in progress), walking trails, performing in theatre productions, and eating almonds.  Grace also enjoys sitting down with a cup of tea and listening to elderly individuals tell stories. She is a person who believes that one should never judge a book by its cover--that there is much more to be seen than what is just on the surface.
