Baseball

   The baseball team enters the 2014 season ranked in the top ten of the class 2A poll. The team is led by a strong contingent of returning players including Indiana Tech commit and ace pitcher Jason Sterrett. Kolby Myer, Brent Hawn, and Ostin Clark also return experience to the infield that was a part of a sectional championship a year ago. The baseball team’s tradition of recent success looks to continue again.

Softball

   Second year head coach Dave Gilbert hopes to build on what he started last year and help get the Lady Oracles back to the glory days of just a few years ago. He will depend on his upperclassman to do just that. Dani Allen, Jersey Lattimore, and Hannah Napier return from last year’s team to help lead the Oracles.

Track

   Coach Ty Schuller returns many runners and throwers from last year’s squad. Senior runners Karlee Sparks and Aneilya Carbaugh will help out the girls team and first year runner Garrett Johnson will lead the charge for the boys squad. The Oracles will also look to Jackie Hensley, Bryer Houston, and Adam Clawson to be strong throwers this season

Girls’ Tennis

   Coach Lawton looks to have another fun season on the tennis courts with many returning players from last year’s varsity squad. Lakin Smith leads the team as she returns to the number one singles position where she experienced success during the 2013 campaign.

Boys’ Golf

The golf team and new head coach CJ Barngrover look to build on their recent success as the defending Hoosier Conference and Sectional champions. The departure of four seniors from the varsity lineup has opened opportunities for many players. The team is led by a strong upperclassman group which includes Elliott Atkinson, Braden Abbott, Jack Gillam, and Dax Kendall.
