Carroll County’s mayor has approved trick-or-treating from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. on Halloween. Of course, normally families enjoy going throughout not only their own, but other townships and communities to receive their share of candies. However, this year it is not advised to do so, and you are asked to remain in your community for trick-or-treating. It is also recommended that relatives stay together on Halloween night, and remain socially distant from others. With these small requests, you will still have the opportunity to enjoy the festivities held near your town.
