SADD sponsored the biannual blood drive on Oct. 16. With the Red Cross in a state of panic after being low on the amount of blood they needed, Delphi students donated blood in an effort to help the Red Cross out of their deficit. Delphi has hosted the blood drive for 15 years. It began with Mrs. Tyner and the National Honor Society hosting the event twice a year. Now, SADD hosts it in the fall, and National Honor Society hosts it in the spring. With approximately 72 donations, Delphi was able to save 216 lives.
