GSA Club

Mr. Gaspar is continuing with a relatively new club that he helped start last semester, the Gender and Sexualities Alliance (GSA) club, formerly known as Gay/Straight Alliance. The club is meant to build community, comradery, and acceptance of everyone. Members are made up of both LGBTQ+ and allied students. The club will meet once a month and will be student-led. Past activities have included bringing in snacks, watching movies, and making member buttons. Since GSA had a late start to the school year, they will be deciding officers hopefully in the first quarter. They plan on meeting every first Monday of the month. If you are interested in joining see Mr. Gaspar, or Kandi Balchunas to get involved. Also, listen to the morning announcements to hear any upcoming meetings.
