A look ahead to the Kitchen Classic

This year’s Indiana Kitchen Holiday classic will take place on Dec 21 and 23. The classic will consist of four individual tournaments: junior varsity boys, junior varsity girls, varsity girls, and varsity boys. The competing teams include North Montgomery, Rossville, Tri-County, and Delphi, with all JV matches taking place in the DCES elementary gym, and varsity in the DCHS high school gym. Starting things off on the 21st, at 9 a.m., Rossville and North Montgomery will have a varsity girls and JV boys matchup. Then following that, at 11 a.m., the boys varsity and girls JV will battle it out. That night, playing at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Delphi will match up against Tri-County in the same order. The winners of each game will move on to compete Dec. 23, starting at 1 p.m. All championship games will take place in the high school gym, spaced two hours apart, and be in the order of JV girls, JV boys, varsity girls, and closing out the night with the varsity boys’ game.
