LMC hosts Halloween contests

The LMC hosts two large events during the Halloween season. One is a Halloween story writing contest. High school and middle school students can enter and the top three students’ stories will be selected and featured on the Parnassus website. Stories need to be Halloween-themed and must not exceed 650 words. If you aren’t much of a writer, you may be interested in theThe LMC pumpkin decorating contest. Decorate a pumpkin without carving it, and of course, make sure it is school-appropriate. Halloween stories to Mrs. Tonsoni via email by 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 25. Pumpkins are due to the LMC by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27.
