What is a uniform?
Lots of successful people search for ways to simplify their life, like Steve Jobs with his black turtleneck and jeans. This uniform allows him to spend less time thinking about what he is going to wear. This may seem counterintuitive coming from the fashionista of Parnassus, but creating a uniform does not mean you are sacrificing style. It just means that your morning routine will be simplified along with your shopping. Let’s say my uniform is a turtleneck layered underneath a graphic tee shirt with high waisted jeans. This simplifies shopping because I will only buy items I know I will wear. This uniform will allow for more time to be spent on the details such as accessories.
