Spring 2021 Fashion Trends

Let’s forget about our 2020 fashion sense that consists almost solely of athleisure. Looking forward into the spring season, we can spot some trends that have been solidified on the runways. “Monochrome Magic,” as referred to by Vogue, has been all over the runways. Monochrome had a small comeback last year, but it is coming back with a bang! The easiest way to participate in this trend is wearing all black but mixing up textures. Bralettes are coming back as well with almost the same fierness as the late 90s. These bralettes come in a myriad of styles ranging from flirty ‘50s silhouettes to those completely covered in rhinestones. The next trend is “midriff floss” which includes skirts and tops that have strings or gaps in the fabric. The exposed midriff is definitely going to be popular this spring.
