NHS spring fundraiser to go toward scholarships

It’s that time of year again when the National Honor Society (NHS) raises money for seniors going off to college. NHS gives out four scholarships each year, and the club has started their first fundraiser toward said scholarships. This annual fundraiser is called Snap! Raise. Each member of the club sends out 20 emails to friends, family, and loved ones. The recipients can then decide to donate to the cause and contribute to the scholarship fund. In the years prior, this fundraiser has profited the club by thousands of dollars. Makenzi McClain, a senior last year, raised over $500 dollars from her 20 emails.
