Teachers’ traditions for the holidays
Here at Delphi many teachers have different traditions for Christmas. Though often many traditions are the same, some families celebrate in unique ways. Mr. Painter is one of the teachers that uses the well worn tradition of opening one present on Christmas Eve which he has passed on to his kids. For Senora Hollingsworth the traditions take an international version. Her family hides a pickle in a tree and whoever finds it gets an extra gift. It just goes to show that there are a multitude of ways to celebrate the holidays.
