French Club indulges in French cuisine

On Tuesday, Oct. 15, the French Club took a trip to Purdue University’s John Purdue Room in Marriott Hall to experience the “Global Cuisine Without a Passport” event. The members were served by Purdue students majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management, who worked to create a menu, set the price, and make the food for the event. The club experienced the French Provence dinner, which included chicken provencal as an entree and apple galette as a dessert. Junior Hannah Sherinian stated, “The authentic French food really made me feel like I was in Provence.”
