Mr. Danforth ́s weight loss mission

When multiple health concerns started occurring two years ago, DCHS chemistry teacher, Mr. Danforth, decided it was time to lose weight. And thus began a dedicated effort of both diet and exercise. In his diet Mr. Danforth aims for eating 1500 calories each day using an app called Myfitnesspal. As for his exercise routine, he does two 20 minute cardio workout sessions daily. This combination of diet and exercise is definitely paying off. Two years ago, Mr. Danforth weighed 395 lbs. He currently weighs 293 lbs and is well on his way to reaching his goal of 225 lbs.
