Kreiling unveils new year-long senior project
Senior English teacher, Mrs. Kreiling, introduced the senior class to a project that will end up lasting their entire senior year. Students will be writing an eight chapter autobiography. “By the time everything is said and done, you could end up with a book that’s 50 pages long,” Kreiling informed one class period. Each chapter will cover a specific topic, with topics such as Early Childhood, Success, and Likes and Dislikes. Every month, students will write one chapter, with Mrs. Kreiling providing multiple prompts for the students to cover. “The benefit for students might not be immediate,” said Kreiling. “However, in ten to fifteen years when they’re looking back on this, they’ll be glad they made it while those memories were fresh.”
