Select Sophomores to take on RYLA
On the weekend of April 26-28, a select few from the sophomore class are going to be attending RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) at Camp Tecumseh. Through the RYLA program, chosen students will learn to become better leaders not only in our school, but also in our community. Programs like RYLA are incredibly beneficial for schools and communities because they motivate and inspire students to make good decisions and encourage other students to make good decisions as well. One of the chosen sophomores, Hannah Sherinian, stated, “I’m very excited to meet new people and I want to have the coolest group name. I’m also excited to find out more about the activities all of the alumni are so cryptic about!”
