Seniors Choose A Word To Live By

Every year, millions of people come up with New Year’s Resolutions in an attempt to better a certain part of their life. Likewise, one of our very own English teachers has sought out a way to attempt to help her students do this. For those who frequent the classroom of Mrs. Tonsoni, you might have noticed the wall of elaborately decorated notecards, complete with their own inspiring idea on them. These cards are made by Mrs. Tonsoni’s classes at the beginning of the new year, and the students are encouraged to find their own word to live by in the new year. According to Mrs. Tonsoni, the thought-provoking project is meant to “encourage a [positive] lifestyle change”. This is the third year that Mrs. Tonsoni has done the project, and hopes to continue it in the future.
