Illusions Of The Art World

Have you ever wondered why things appear in different forms? From the art perspective, these are looked at as illusions. One individual who showed an illusion between the moon and sun was Melody Hemig. To the naked eye, many people do not see differences and correlation between certain aspects of this world. This painting expresses the bright and dark side of each day. In order to see the bright side, we have to look over the dark events that we may see first. Melody painted this for her art class to show how images have multiple meanings.

From an artist perspective, it is most crucial to look at pictures with multiple interpretations. By doing this, it never sets a limit of what you will gain from that portrait. In the art world, there are three different types of illusions. These are optical, psychological, and cognitive illusions. The next time you are out in the world, look at things that could have more than one meaning. This is most likely not just an illusion.
