DCHS Spring Musical announced
Everyone knows that the fall play Girl Crazy is just a blink away, but what’s going on with the spring musical? Mrs. Cotton has just announced what the spring musical is going to be this year, The Music Man! It’s about a man named Harold Hill, who is a con artist. He travels to a small town and claims he can teach the local children to play instruments in a band. He asks the parents for money and uniforms, and plans on making a quick buck. What happens next? You’ll have to wait for the spring musical in 2019. Coming soon to a theater near you!
Aden Sinks, a veteran member of the play and musical, says “I like doing the musical and play because it’s fun to become another person and exaggerate the characters persona.”
