Spanish Culture Projects
For the third nine weeks, students in Señora Hollingsworth’s Spanish classes were tasked with completing a culture project. Students were given an array of projects to choose from, such as making a piñata or creating a presentation over a famous Spanish individual. While they differed in method and detail, they all shared a common goal of immersing students in Spanish culture and exposing them to different traditions throughout the world. Señora commented, “Culture is a huge part of a foreign language. You can’t ignore it.”
