Who’s your favorite reindeer?

- Rudolph, for sure.

Do you wrap your gifts or use gift bags?

- I wrap everything that can be wrapped. Watching people unwrap gifts and seeing the excitement on their face is totally worth the extra effort.

What is your most special Christmas ornament?

- Definitely the one that I made in first grade from paper mache.

What was your favorite Christmas gift that you have ever gotten?

- My favorite Christmas gift was when I was working in the retirement home on Christmas and all my residents made me ornaments.
