Red Ribbon Week is gearing up
From Oct. 28 to Oct. 31, SADD will be hosting its annual Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is a campaign started in 1985, and has been going strong ever since. Red Ribbon Week is about advocating for the prevention of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco in the lives of our students in Delphi Community High School. In our school, SADD has lots of fun stuff planned for this year’s prevention week. They are planning on putting up posters and banners, as well as giving out candy and stickers. The main goal of SADD is to keep students safe, so Red Ribbon Week is a perfect opportunity to convey their message to the whole school and county alike. So dust off your red shirts and get active this Red Ribbon Week!
