NHS to host blood drive
On January 30, the DCHS National Honor Society will be hosting a blood drive. Anyone over the age of 16 can donate, as long as they have parental consent. Donating blood is important because it helps save lives every day. Blood transfusions are extremely helpful when it comes to situations like car crashes, anemia, cancer treatments, etc. Only taking ten minutes out of your day to donate could help prolong a life by several years. Make sure to sign up!
