Entertainers Perform at Purdue
Delphi’s Entertainers group traveled to Purdue’s campus on Wednesday, Dec. 5 to spread holiday cheer and perform Christmas music. They sang for passersby at Purdue Memorial Union on campus and proceeded to sing for nursing home residents. Each performance took between 20 and 25 minutes. They performed seasoned classics, such as “Angels We Have Heard On High”, “Fruitcake”, and “Jingle Bells,” as well as some not-so-common melodies in “Psalité” and “Christmas Memories.” First year member Aden Sinks spoke fondly of the experience, saying, “It was a very enjoyable [experience]. I loved the songs that we sang and think we did rather well with all of them.”
