Donkey basketball comes to DCHS

Delphi students Jeramey Mossholder, Cole Murray, Ben Beeks, Tyler Burns, and Blake Walters took advantage of a rare opportunity – playing basketball on a donkey.

Friday, April 19 the DCHS student council planned a new and creative fundraiser and it was a huge success.  Donkey basketball came to Delphi for the first time and all who attended and participated felt it was time well spent.  Four teams participated: two teams of students, a faculty team, and a team of local firefighters.  The firefighters reigned victorious, but all were winners since it was a fun and entertaining evening and all for a worthy cause – scholarships for students at DCHS.
