With a school full of laptops, computers and Macs, it takes a superhero to help all of the people learn how to use them. We have the ever so wonderful Mr. Gear and Mrs. Cook who help fix and distribute the technology. But who helps teach others about it? Mrs. Kinzie’s tech team, of course.
The tech team is made up of students who were chosen by teachers and administrators from around the school with Mrs. Kinzie as their fearless leader. The tech team helps with virtually anything technology-wise. They help teach classes and teachers about Google Docs, iMovie, GMail, and a ton of other great learning programs and games online that help teachers and students alike.
Not many people really realize what this great team does. If you have any questions or concerns about a program, the tech team will help you learn anything and everything about it. If they aren’t sure about the program, they will research and learn about it to help you to the best of their abilities.
Have you seen any cool videos with interviews of the basketball boys and girls players? That was done by the tech team! Mr. Allen, who knew the tech team would do a great job, approached the tech team with the idea of getting interviews from the basketball players asking them personal questions about their career so far. The tech team came up with questions, interviewed the players, and then made the terrific-looking videos. They are also starting a brand new website that will be there to show more of what we do and help you with any questions!
